UAB Turnwize's project 02-018-K-0110 "Establishment of an IoT-based customer retention system for petrol stations" has received EU funding of EUR 85,902.40 and a project value of EUR 114,842.78. The aim of the project is to develop and deploy an AI-based customer retention system for salespeople, which ensures the active and effective management of salespeople with tens of thousands of business customers. The project develops an AI-driven customer retention system, i.e. a state-of-the-art solution that integrates with the Point-of-Sale and the Customer Card Identification System. This integration ensures real-time data collection and forms the basis of its operations. Advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms are used to analyse and interpret customers' purchasing behaviour, identifying patterns, irregularities and potential loss of purchase. The system is distinguished by its ability to independently initiate communication with customers based on detected changes in behaviour. This can be done through channels such as SMS, e-mail, tailored to the customer's preferences. With the successful completion of this project and the introduction of an AI-based customer retention system, it is expected that dealers will revolutionise the management of their huge customer base. The expected results promise not only operational and revenue benefits, but will also position the vendor as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.
